Thought that I was done with test taking after I graduated… wrong. So my job at the restaurant/bar requires that I take and pass a written test before they can give me another shift. I’m required to basically know the menu forwards and backwards, which, I think, I’m alright on. However, I am also required to know all of the alcohol that we carry.
